Expert Testimony On Cell Phone Tracking Was Aid To Jury, Appeals Panel Finds

(October 26, 2015, 9:47 AM EDT) -- DETROIT — Identification testimony and an expert’s testimony concerning cell phone tracking were sufficient to assist a jury in convicting a man on a murder charge, a Michigan appeals court affirmed Oct. 22 (People of the State of Michigan v. Lamarr Valdez Robinson, No. 321841, Mich. App.; 2015 Mich. App. LEXIS 1975).
