Mealey's (October 23, 2015, 12:50 PM EDT) -- EL DORADO, Ark. — A forensic accounting and financial loss modeling expert can testify on the contingent business interruption expenses suffered by an insured as a result of an oil pipeline rupture, an Arkansas federal judge ruled Oct. 20 (Lion Oil Co. v. National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, et al., No. 13-1071, W.D. Ark.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 142424).
