Right-To-Life Group Seeks Declaratory Relief In ACA Mandate Challenge
Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 10:37 AM EDT) -- GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Saying it will settle the controversy between them by picking a clear winner and loser, Right to Life Michigan asked a federal judge for declaratory judgment on May 13 in its challenge to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate (Right to Life of Michigan v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., No. 13-1202, W.D. Mich.).
