6th Circuit To Hear Clean Water Rule Challenges On Dec. 8

(October 22, 2015, 2:16 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals will hear arguments Dec. 8 on whether it has jurisdiction over lawsuits challenging the Clean Water Rule, the appeals court said in an Oct. 20 letter to counsel (In Re: Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-3751, 6th Cir.).
