Judge Stays Case Against Title Insurance Company In Liquidation

(October 22, 2015, 10:58 AM EDT) -- HAMMOND, Ind. — A federal judge in Indiana on Oct. 9 ordered the stay of a suit against an insurer in liquidation, finding that a stay is consistent with legal precedent (Metodija Krstevski v. National Attorneys’ Title Assurance Fund, Inc., et al., No. 14-cv-179, N.D. Ind.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 138055).
