Company Says It Will Commence Arbitration Over Mining Investment in Spain

(October 21, 2015, 2:25 PM EDT) -- VANCOUVER, British Columbia — A Canadian exploration company on Oct. 21 responded to a resolution issued by the Autonomous Community of Galicia, Spain, in relation to its investment in a mining concession, noting that it has served Spain with a notice of arbitration dispute.

Edgewater Exploration Ltd. said in a news release that the government has issued a resolution declaring the "caducidad" of the mining concessions for the Corcoesto Gold Project (the Corcoesto Concessions), which are held by Edgewater's subsidiary Corcoesto S.A.
