Texas Appellate Court Finds No Jurisdiction In Premises Liability Case
(October 21, 2015, 11:49 AM EDT) -- HOUSTON — A Texas appellate panel on Oct. 8 found that Brazoria County was immune from suit and, thus, that two men who were injured when their car drove into a drainage ditch on a county road where a bridge had been removed could not sue the county (Brazoria County v. Eugene Eldridge and Raymond Perry., No. 01-15-00542-CV, Texas App., 1st Dist.).
