Parties Ask 10th Circuit To Determine Whether Insurer Had Duty To Defend

(October 21, 2015, 11:42 AM EDT) -- DENVER — Parties in an insurance dispute asked the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals recently to determine whether a federal district court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of an insurer on claims that it improperly denied its insurer a defense and indemnification in an underlying suit based on an exclusion in the insurance policy (Eve Cadonia Fry v. American Home Assurance Co., No. 15-7012, 10th Cir.).
