Federal Judge Finds Claims Related To Loan Modification Are Time-Barred

Mealey's (October 21, 2015, 11:34 AM EDT) -- CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire federal judge on Oct. 20 granted judgment for a bank, finding that a borrower's claims related to a loan modification were time-barred and failed (Patricia DiCarlo-Fagioli v. JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., No. 14-cv-372, D. N.H.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 142471).
