10th Circuit Stays Appeal In ACA Suit Involving Catholic Benefits Group

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 10:01 AM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — A 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on March 17 granted a unopposed motion to hold appeals by the government and a Catholic benefits group in abeyance pending developments in three other Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate cases (The Catholic Benefits Association LCA; The Catholic Insurance Co. v. Sylvia M. Burwell, et al., No. 15-6037, 10th Cir.).
