Truck Accident Victim Asks 4th Circuit To Find Car Policy Must Cover Rented Truck

(October 20, 2015, 12:33 PM EDT) -- RICHMOND, Va. — The victim of a truck accident recently asked the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals to reverse a district court ruling that the truck driver’s car insurance did not have to cover damages from the accident (Kevin Lawrimore v. Old Republic Insurance Company, et al., No. 15-1431, 4th Cir.).
