Judge OKs Dismissal Of Wrongly Named Defendant From Reinsurance Case

Mealey's (October 19, 2015, 11:08 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A federal judge in New York on Oct. 5 approved a notice of voluntary dismissal issued by an insurer, dropping a wrongly named party from its asbestos-bodily-injury-related reinsurance breach of contract dispute (TIG Insurance Company v. Randall & Quilter Reinsurance Company, No. 15-cv-07024, S.D. N.Y.).
