Parties In San Diego Tainted Sediment Case Ordered To Settlement Conference

(October 19, 2015, 7:54 AM EDT) -- SAN DIEGO — The federal judge presiding over the contaminated sediment lawsuit brought by the City of San Diego against National Steel & Shipbuilding Co. on Oct. 6 ordered the parties to participate in a mandatory settlement conference scheduled for later in the month (City of San Diego v. National Steel & Shipbuilding Company, No. 09-2275, S.D. Calif.).
