(October 15, 2015, 12:34 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — Parties in a securities class action lawsuit asked the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals recently to determine whether a federal district court erred in dismissing for failure to plead any material trends or uncertainties from the IPO documents (Alejandro Medina v. Tremor Video Inc., et al., No. 15-2178, 2nd Cir.).
