Judge Dismisses School’s Damages Claim Related To Spill From Train Derailment
(October 15, 2015, 9:22 AM EDT) -- CAMDEN, N.J. — The federal judge in New Jersey presiding over a lawsuit brought by a school district against a group of railroad company defendants for a chemical spill dismissed the lawsuit on Sept. 29. The one-paragraph order did not elaborate on the reasoning behind the dismissal (Paulsboro Public Schools, et al. v. Consolidated Rail Corporation, et al., No.14-07431, D. N.J.).
