(October 14, 2015, 3:55 PM EDT) -- WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida on Oct. 7 denied a shareholder’s motion for partial summary judgment in a securities fraud lawsuit, ruling that genuine issues of material fact exist that preclude the entry of summary judgment (Janos Solyom v. World Wide Child Care Corp., et al., No. 14-80241, S.D. Fla.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 138535).
