(October 14, 2015, 3:02 PM EDT) -- PASADENA, Calif. — A California federal court must consider once more whether it has jurisdiction in a class complaint filed by a California man accusing his employer of violating California labor laws, the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Oct. 2 (Michael Chavez, et al. v. Time Warner Cable Enterprises LLC, et al., No. 13-56017, 9th Cir.; 2015 U.S. App. LEXIS 17344).
