Federal Jury Returns Verdict For 2 Defendants In Asbestos-Friction Case

(October 14, 2015, 1:12 PM EDT) -- CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A federal judge on Oct. 2 entered judgment after a jury verdict for two companies that allegedly exposed a man to asbestos-containing friction parts at a paper manufacturing facility (Erik Ross Phillips and Tina Landers v. Pneumo Abex LLC and Reddaway Manufacturing Corporation Inc., No. 10-262, W.D. N.C.).
