Maine Judge Overturns Unemployment Board’s Decision Over Man’s Misrepresentations
(October 14, 2015, 11:49 AM EDT) -- AUGUSTA, Maine — A Maine judge on Sept. 11 overturned a decision by the Maine Unemployment Insurance Commission after finding that there was not enough evidence to support its finding that a man made misrepresentations about work he did while requesting unemployment benefits (Charles L. Farrell v. Maine Unemployment Insurance Commission, No. AP 14-43, Maine Sup., Kennebec Co.; 2015 Me. Super. LEXIS 169).
