(October 14, 2015, 7:55 AM EDT) -- WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida on Oct. 7 denied a defendant’s motion for summary judgment in a securities fraud lawsuit, ruling that genuine issues of material fact exist as to whether statements allegedly made by a defendant can be attributable to that defendant (Janos Solyom v. World Wide Child Care Corp., et al., No. 14-80241, S.D. Fla.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 138535).
