(October 13, 2015, 11:50 AM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — Because genuine issues of fact exist regarding what caused mold damage within an office building, summary judgment in favor of the insurer is not warranted, a Louisiana federal judge said Oct. 6 (Blaze Chaus LLC v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Co., No. 15-552, E.D. La.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 136310).
