GM Ignition Switch Plaintiffs Say New GM Is Liable For Old GM’s Conduct

Mealey's (October 13, 2015, 10:15 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — The plaintiffs in the ignition-switch lawsuit against the Motors Liquidation Co., f/k/a General Motors Corp.
