(October 13, 2015, 8:24 AM EDT) -- ORLANDO, Fla. — The owner of a Florida health care clinic was sentenced to five years in prison for his role in a $2.4 million scheme that involved fraudulently billing Medicare for services and prescription medications that were never provided to patients (United States of America v. Juan Carlos Delgado, et al., No. 14cr260, M.D. Fla.).
