Mealey's (October 12, 2015, 12:28 PM EDT) -- BALTIMORE — The differences in plaintiffs’ legal stance between state and federal courts do not demonstrate bad faith and did not involve asbestos claims so frivolous as to warrant sanctions, a federal judge in Maryland held Oct. 8 (Joyce Barlow v. Colgate Palmolive Co. and John Crane-Houdaille Inc., et al., Clara Mosko v. Colgate Palmolive Co. and John Crane-Houdaille Inc., et al., Nos. 12-1780, 12-1781, D. Md.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 138536).
