(October 9, 2015, 12:26 PM EDT) -- ST. LOUIS — A Missouri federal judge on Oct. 5 granted a disability claimant’s motion for attorney fees and costs because the plan administrator’s denial of benefits was based on its failure to review all of the information submitted by the claimant (Christine Barfield v. Ascension Health Long-Term Disability Plan, No. 12-02116, E.D. Mo.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 135169).
