Native American Water Rights Case Stayed Pending Defense Interlocutory Appeal

Mealey's (October 7, 2015, 11:38 AM EDT) -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — A California federal judge on Sept. 8 stayed the next phases in a Native American water rights case pending an interlocutory appeal by two defendant water districts (Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians v. Coachella Valley Water District, et al., No. 13-833).
