Federal Court Remands Negligence Suit To Mississippi Circuit Court For The 2nd Time

(October 7, 2015, 11:21 AM EDT) -- GREENVILLE, Miss. — A Mississippi federal court on Sept. 16 once again granted insureds’ motion to remand their lawsuit seeking recovery for an insurer's alleged misrepresentations and failure to procure their requested flood insurance coverage (Lee Simmons, et ux., v. Mississippi Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Co., et al., No. 14-00154, N.D. Miss.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 124407).
