SWRCB Files Complaint, Desist Order Against Water Hauler

(October 6, 2015, 3:00 PM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California’s State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) on Sept. 2 said it filed an administrative civil liability complaint and a draft cease-and-desist order against the owner of a water delivery company for the alleged illegal diversion water after being told that there was no water available under his water rights permits (In the Matter of Unauthorized Diversion by G. Scott Fahey And Sugar Pine Spring Water LP, SWRCB).
