Clean Water Rule Opponents Now Want MDL Sent To North Dakota

(October 6, 2015, 2:56 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Plaintiffs in two federal cases challenging the federal Clean Water Rule on Sept. 25 told the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPMDL) that they no longer support an MDL in Georgia but instead support centralization in North Dakota (In Re: Clean Water Rule: Definition of ‘Waters of the United States,’ MDL Docket No. 2663, JPMDL).
