No Coverage For Damages Caused By Sewage Sludge, Oklahoma Federal Judge Says
(October 6, 2015, 12:06 PM EDT) -- MUSKOGEE, Okla. — An insurer has no duty to pay a judgment entered against its insured for damages caused by sewage sludge that contaminated neighboring properties because the policy’s pollution exclusion bars coverage, an Oklahoma federal judge said Sept. 29 (Thomas Greuel v. The Continental Insurance Co., No. 14-303, E.D. Okla.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 131536).
