Insured Owes More Than $2.4M To Insurer For Defense Of Asbestos Suits, Judge Says
(October 6, 2015, 12:11 PM EDT) -- DETROIT — An insured must reimburse its insurer for more than $2.4 million paid by the insurer for the defense and indemnity of underlying asbestos bodily injury suits filed against the insured, a Michigan federal judge determined Sept. 30 (Continental Casualty Co., et al. v. Indian Head Industries Inc., No. 05-73918, E.D. Mich.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 133421).
