U.S. Supreme Court Defers Remedies Phase Of Suit Between Montana And Wyoming
(October 5, 2015, 2:40 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on Oct. 5 granted a motion by Montana to defer for three months the remedies phase of its water lawsuit against Wyoming and the parties’ exceptions to a special master’s second interim report (State of Montana v. State of Wyoming, et al., No. 137, Original, U.S. Sup.).
The high court told the parties to submit a joint status report by Dec. 31.
