Wrestlers File 1st Amended Brain Injury Complaint Against WWE

(October 5, 2015, 7:08 AM EDT) -- HARTFORD, Conn. — Alleging “negligent and fraudulent mistreatment,” three former professional wrestlers filed a first amended complaint on Sept. 21 against World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE) (Russ McCullough, et al. v. World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., No. 15-1074, D. Conn.).
