7th Circuit Hears Argument On Senator’s Challenge To ACA Regulations

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 4:01 PM EDT) -- GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 21 heard oral argument over whether regulations governing congressional insurance benefits provide injury sufficient for a congressman’s action challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) (Senator Ron Johnson, et al. v. U.S. Office of Personnel Management, et al., No. 14-2723, 7th Cir.).
