Judge Enters Injunction Against Pre-Hobby Lobby Birth Control Mandate

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 3:49 PM EDT) -- DETROIT — A federal judge on Feb. 4 granted a joint stipulation barring implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate as it existed at the time of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby opinion (Mersino Management Co., et al. v. Sylvia Burwell, et al., No. 13-11296, E.D. Mich.).
