LOUIS — A Minnesota federal judge overseeing an automobile product liability case erred in admitting evidence of other, similar incidents when there was no evidence that the other incidents were caused by the same defect, Toyota Motor Corp. argues in a Sept. 25 brief filed with the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Jassmine D.
