(September 29, 2015, 12:38 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Appellate courts uniformly reject religious challenges to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate accommodation process, the government told the nation’s top court in urging it to deny a certiorari petition (Priests for Life, et al. v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, et al., No. 14-1453, U.S. Sup.).
