Recent Rulings Strengthen Case For High Court Review, ACA Challengers Say

(September 29, 2015, 12:26 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Religious parties challenging the ACA contraceptive mandate accommodation process told the U.S. Supreme Court Sept. 18 that recent court rulings strengthen their argument for high court review (Most Reverend David A.
