Judge Finds ACA Accommodation Doesn’t Burden School’s Religious Practices

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 3:42 PM EDT) -- KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A liberal arts school’s religious beliefs are not burdened by notifying the government that it objects to certain aspects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate, a federal judge held Jan. 13.
