Judge: Inmate’s Rights Not Violated By Drinking Prison’s Tainted Water
(September 25, 2015, 2:24 PM EDT) -- DENVER — A federal judge in Colorado on Sept. 14 dismissed a lawsuit by an inmate who contended that he was poisoned by contaminated drinking water in a Colorado correctional facility. The judge said that the plaintiff had failed to show that his constitutional rights had been violated (Arnold A. Cary v. John W. Hickenlooper, et al., No. 14-00411, D. Colo.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 122132).
