6th Circuit Remands ACA Birth-Control Challenge For Injunction

Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 3:09 PM EDT) -- SAN ANTONIO — The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Dec. 11, 2014, consolidated two appeals challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate and remanded them for entry of a permanent injunction (Autocam Corp., et al. v. Sylvia Burwell, et al., Nos. 12-2673, 2316, 6th Cir.).
