(September 24, 2015, 2:24 PM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — A majority of the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals held Sept. 23 that an insurance broker that wanted to sell professional liability insurance to veterinarians has established antitrust standing and therefore its state antitrust and tortious interference claims were wrongfully reversed (Sanger Insurance Agency v.
