(September 24, 2015, 1:20 PM EDT) -- JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — A man’s testimony of career-long exposure to asbestos as a drywaller creates genuine issue of material fact even in light of evidence that a defendant ceased using the material in its drywall compound in the mid-1970s, a Missouri appeals court held Sept. 22 (David Bergstrom and Kaye Bergstrom v. Welco Manufacturing Co., No. ED102125, Mo. App.; 2015 Mo. App. LEXIS 943).
