Mealey's (September 22, 2015, 11:25 AM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A California federal judge on Sept. 15 delayed a hearing on motions for summary judgment in an environmental contamination coverage dispute to allow an insured additional time to submit admissible evidence in support of its motion for summary judgment (County of Stanislaus v. Travelers Indemnity Co., et al., No. 14-00666, E.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 123858).
