Mealey's (June 15, 2015, 1:48 PM EDT) -- DETROIT — A proposed class of individuals who allege that Michigan improperly terminated their Medicaid coverage prior to a determination of whether they would qualify for expanded Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) benefits may proceed with their claims, and the plaintiffs are entitled to injunctive relief, a federal judge in Michigan said Oct. 29, 2014 (Maya Dozier, Krickett Luckhardt and Michelle Mackay v. James K. Haveman, et al., No. 14-12455, E.D. Mich.; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 153395; 2014 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 153394).
