LOUIS — The process of opting out of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate substantially burdens two employers’ religious practice, an Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel held Sept. 17 (Sharpe Holdings Inc., et al. v. United States Department of Health & Human Services, et al., No. 14-1507, 8th Cir.).
