Omega Seeks Review From Supreme Court In Costco Watch Copyright Dispute
(September 17, 2015, 9:58 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court should review a decision clearing Costco Wholesale Corp. of copyright infringement allegations for importing unauthorized watches and selling them in the United States, a Swiss watchmaker argues in a petition for certiorari filed Aug. 21, saying Costco should have been found to have engaged in copyright misuse (Omega SA v. Costco Wholesale Corp., No. 15-232, U.S. Sup.).
