Schering-Plough Out In False Claims Suit Under Public Disclosure Bar

(September 16, 2015, 8:00 AM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A California federal judge on Sept. 1 dismissed False Claims Act claims against Schering-Plough Corp. after finding that the claims were publicly disclosed in five lawsuits filed two years earlier (United States of America, ex rel. Frank Solis v. Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al., No. 09-3010, E.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 119441).
