FDA Halts Sale Of 4 Tobacco Products, Says R.J. Reynolds Did Not Comply With Law

(September 15, 2015, 11:58 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Sept. 15 that it has issued orders halting the further sale and distribution of four currently marketed R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. cigarette products, including its Camel Crush Bold brand, for failure to comply with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S. Code Chapter 9, Section 301, et seq.
