$600,000 Frito-Lay Wage Settlement Denied Approval

(September 14, 2015, 3:00 PM EDT) -- FRESNO, Calif. — A California federal judge on Aug. 26 adopted the findings and recommendations of a magistrate judge to deny preliminary approval of a $600,000 wage-and-hour class settlement by Frito-Lay Inc. (Eliazar Sanchez, et al. v. Frito-Lay, Inc., No. 14-797, E.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 113399).
